Product Information

Spring is just around the corner, a great opportunity to celebrate with not one, but three spring flowers on the flower calendar. This month's spotlight is on Ranunculus, Anemone and Leucospermum.

Each of the flowers is beautiful to look at. Despite the great differences between the flowers, they have one thing in common: they can be found in an awful lot of different colors. For example, the Ranunculus can be found in white, yellow, orange, pink, red and purple. The Anemone in white, pink, red to even violet and blue. The Leucospermum nowadays is not only orange but also available in ochre yellow, lemon yellow and reddish color. So plenty of choice!

Fortunately, we also have plenty of greens to boost the different colors and shapes!

EUCALYPTUS CINEREA

For example, with the grayish green of the Eucalyptus Cinerea. The round leaves are not only incredibly beautiful to look at. The leaves also have a wonderful fragrance.

Did you know that the familiar grayish color of the leaf disappears when the leaf gets wet? This is because when the leaf is dry, it produces a substance that causes the grayish color.

Cinerea can be combined in an awful lot of different ways with the flowers of the month. Whether you combine the foliage with one flower or in a large bouquet, the foliage creates a cheerful effect!

FLOWERS

With blossom branches, you are sure to bring spring into your home. Combine the blossom branches with spring flowers and the spring sun begins to shine spontaneously.

Our florist Tanja van Bijlevelt used the beautiful Ginster branches and Chaenomeles branches in the bouquets. Both branches bloom open in cheerful pink colored flowers. But both varieties are also available in other colors.

PISTACHE

The narrow dark green Pistachio leaf is processed to give filler to the bouquet. Pistachio is a popular filler, this is because the leaf gives a lot of volume, but also because the leaf has a long shelf life.

MONSTERA

Sample leaves are incredibly popular these days. Often the leaf is placed in a vase without other decorations. The leaf is sturdy and available in different sizes. This makes it a popular leaf.

In this bouquet, Tanja has folded the leaves over giving a special effect. Together with the bright colors of the flowers of the month, this bouquet gives a tropical, summer feeling!
